Request to delete your account and data

How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your AasanHifz account and all associated data, you can do so through the following methods:

Method 1: Through the App

  1. Open the AasanHifz app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Navigate to Account Settings
  4. Select "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm your decision

Method 2: Contact Support

If you're unable to delete your account through the app, you can contact us at:

Please include your account email address in your request.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • All memorization progress and statistics
  • Your goals and settings
  • Any saved preferences
  • All associated data stored in our systems

Warning: This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your progress and data will be permanently lost.

Data Retention

After you request account deletion:

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Some anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes (without personal identifiers)
